If you or someone else enters your Apple ID password, security question, or other account information for too many errors, your Apple ID will automatically lock to protect your account and you won’t be able to sign in to any Apple services. After verifying your identity, you can unlock the Apple ID.
If your Apple ID is locked due to some security reasons, you may receive one of the following prompts:
"This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons"
"You can not sign in because your account has been disabled for security reasons"
"This Apple ID is locked for security reasons"
When you receive the prompts above, please go to iforgot.apple.com/cn/password/verify/appleid in order to unlock or reset the password for your Apple ID. After several attempts to unlock your account without success, your Apple ID will remain locked and you can try again in the the following days.
If you receive a different prompt and you are not allowed to reset password, please call AppleCall.
After resetting password, you may need to sign in iCloud and Apple service using the new password.
