Cydia doesn’t support iOS 11 Electra jailbreak that means you need to install the jailbreak tweak you need by manually. It is a little complex for some iOS users to do that. But good news is that iOS jailbreaker made a tweak manage tool for us, it is called Circuit Breaker, we highly commend you to install this tool on your jailbroken iOS device.
Preparations:

Shelly
FilzaJailed and Electra jailbreak have 7-day certification, so you need to reinstall them via Cydia Impactor.
Before we start you need to activate the jailbreak environment.
Method A:
Unzip the folder on your iPhone, then put it under /private/var/root and execute the following command
cd folder name (for example, CircuitBreakerInstaller_vx.x.x)
bash./install.sh
If you want to uninstall it, please execute the following command
cd folder name (for example, CircuitBreakerInstaller_vx.x.x)
bash./uninstall.sh
Method B:
cd folder name (for example, CircuitBreakerInstaller_vx.x.x)
bash./uninstall.sh
Enter Y
If you want to uninstall it, please execute the following command
cd folder name (for example, CircuitBreakerInstaller_vx.x.x)
bash./uninstall.sh
Method C
* Download and unzip this tweak in Safiri, then click Download -> Open it in ZipApp Free.
* Click Yes, then click the star icon. Then you’ll go to Favorites page, click App management -> click Open -> Done, then go to ZipApp Free App.
* Then go to Payload -> click Edit and select circuitbreaker.app -> click Copy -> Done.
* Paste circuitbreaker.app to the following page.
*Click i, then find the stiction to confirm the authority. If it not 0755, just modify it as 0755.
* Then use Shelly App to log in root, after that enter uicache to clean the cashes, after that enter the second command killall-9 SpringBoard.
* Then there should be a circuitbreaker app on your iPhone’s home screen.
